Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the http://www.masternetworks.com website (the "Service") operated by Master Networks LLC ("us", "we", or "our").

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Master Networks membership services, digital platforms, websites, events, and associated programs. By creating an account, enrolling as a member, accessing The HUB, attending Master Networks meetings or events, or using any Master Networks service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms operate together with Master Networks’ Member Policies and Member Guidelines (collectively, the "Member Policies"). The Member Policies provide additional rules and operational details, including but not limited to attendance expectations, chapter conduct, and procedures for Leave of Absence. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to comply with the Member Policies as updated from time to time. If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and the Member Policies, these Terms control.

Continued use of any Master Networks service constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and of the then-current Member Policies.

1. Membership Requirements and Account Responsibilities

Members must provide and maintain accurate and current information in their accounts. Each member is responsible for all activity conducted under their credentials. Any unauthorized access or suspected security breach must be reported promptly to Master Networks.

Membership remains active, and monthly or annual dues continue to be billed, until the member submits a cancellation request through The HUB or contacts Master Networks Support to request cancellation. Failure to use membership services does not constitute cancellation and does not relieve the member of payment obligations.

When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18, and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than you, without appropriate authorization. You may not use as a username any name that is offensive, vulgar, or obscene.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.

Business Networking

Master Networks provides a relationship-based business networking environment intended to facilitate professional connections. Business outcomes depend on the member’s own efforts, industry, market conditions, and relationships.

Master Networks does not guarantee any number of referrals, business volume, or revenue outcomes.

Members are solely responsible for managing business relationships, agreements, and outcomes resulting from networking activity. Master Networks is not a party to any agreements between members or third parties.

2. Membership Fees and Refunds

2.1 Application Fee

Enrollment in Master Networks requires payment of a $300 application fee. This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the duration of membership or the reason for cancellation. The application fee is not subject to the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee referenced in these Terms.

2.2 Monthly Membership Dues

Monthly membership dues are billed automatically and are non-refundable once processed. Members must cancel prior to their next billing date if they wish to avoid additional charges.

2.3 Annual Membership Dues

Annual membership dues are non-refundable and automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

2.4 Digital Products

Digital products delivered by Master Networks are non-refundable once access has been provided or content has been delivered.

3. Member Policies and Leave of Absence

Detailed membership requirements, chapter expectations, and procedures for requesting a Leave of Absence (LOA) are set out in the Member Policies. Additional eligibility rules, limitations, and documentation requirements may be found in the Member Policies.

4. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites. The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information found on the Service.

We therefore reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

5. 45-Day Game Plan and Affiliate Rewards

New members may participate in the 45-Day Game Plan as part of the standard onboarding process. Completion of all required tasks—including designated onboarding activities and sponsoring three new members—results in a $300 affiliate reward.

Members who enroll under promotions that waive the application fee are not eligible for the 45-Day Game Plan reward, as the reward functions as reimbursement of the application fee.

Affiliate rewards may be earned through referral activity in accordance with the Affiliate Agreement.

6. Payment Failures and Late Fees

If a payment fails, Master Networks will retry up to six times. After two failed attempts, a $10 late fee applies. Outstanding balances may result in suspension of affiliate rewards or other disciplinary actions.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Master Networks may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, violations of Member Policies, misconduct, non-payment, or misuse of services.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through The HUB or by contacting Support. Termination does not relieve members of obligations incurred before the effective date of termination.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Affiliate Rewards after Termination

The term of this Agreement is ongoing. If your Master Networks membership is deactivated or terminated for any reason, you understand that you will permanently lose all rights as an Affiliate. Affiliate may deactivate this Agreement at any time, and for any reason, upon written notice to Master Networks at its principal business address. Master Networks may also take actions short of termination of the Agreement, if the Master Networks Affiliate breaches any of its provisions. There is a 60 day Affiliate Agreement Reactivation Period, whereby a member may rejoin a Master Networks chapter and reclaim their previous Affiliate position and sponsorships and avoid the application fee. After 60 days their affiliate position will be forfeited and if they rejoin the application fee will need to be resubmitted.

If any provision of the Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed, and the severed provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable. The balance of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. In the event of a dispute between a member and Master Networks arising from or relating to the Agreement or the rights and obligations of either party, the parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute through nonbinding mediation as more fully described in the Policies and Procedures. Master Networks shall not be obligated to engage in mediation as a prerequisite to disciplinary action against a member. If the parties are unsuccessful in resolving the dispute through mediation, the dispute and shall be settled totally and finally by arbitration as more fully described in the Policies and Procedures.

8. Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions (collectively, "Promotions") made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms & Conditions.
